Resolved - Our email technology provider reports that they have resolved the issue and our telemetry indicates that email delivery success has remained at normal levels for the past 16 hours. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring - The email technology provider affected by this incident has implemented a mitigation for the issue affecting their systems. Airtable's telemetry indicates that the elevated rate of email delivery failures stopped at 17:19 Pacific Time. We are continuing to monitor the situation.

Identified - Since roughly 23:04 PT on February 11, we've seen an elevated rate of failures in emails sent for Airtable automations and notifications. We have identified the cause as a service outage impacting one of our email technology providers and are monitoring for updates.
